Careers

Room to do the best work of your career.

Work with people who are very good at what they do, across three offices and fifteen countries. Small enough that you will know everyone's name, big enough that your work reaches a million people a year.

How we work

Substantial, not flashy.

We have never had to ask anyone outside this building for permission. That shows up in small ways: markets we opened because someone here believed in them, ideas that went from a conversation to something live in a week, and a fair number of mistakes we got to fix ourselves.

It shows up in who works here too. Engineers, historians, chefs, former doctors, first jobs and fifth careers, hired on the argument they made rather than the box they ticked. All of them trusted with something substantial early, which is the only way a company this size runs fifteen markets.

Responsibility before permission

We are flat by design. If you see the problem and you have the argument, you own the fix.

Build it ourselves

We build everything ourselves. That makes it easier to change things when something is not working, rather than waiting for someone else to fix it.

Fast, and occasionally wrong

We would rather try something than discuss it for too long. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it does not. When it does not, we change it and move on.

We do things our own way

We do not follow a playbook just because it is the accepted way to do things. If something works for our customers and for the business, that matters more to us.

What you get

The practical side.

  • Scandinavian welfare, which mostly means the things you hope for at other jobs are just the law here
  • 10 000 NOK a year for courses, books or conferences. You decide what counts, not a manager
  • A canteen good enough that people stay for lunch instead of eating at their desk
  • A kitchen stocked with fruit, snacks and drinks, restocked before anyone has to ask
  • Pension and insurance sorted properly, which you will care about in twenty years and not before
  • Gym membership
  • Company trips, quarterly gatherings and a social calendar that survives winter

Where you'd sit

Three offices.

  • Oslo - Headquarters

Our largest office, and the one with the most nationalities in it. Commercial, marketing, product and engineering on the same floor.

  • Skien - Norwegian tech hub

A small office, and the one where a lot of the product gets built. Mostly developers, two hours from Oslo.

  • Stockholm - Swedish hub

Our Swedish base on Södermalm, and nearly as international as Oslo. Nominated for Swedens nicest looking office 2026.
